Do I need a credit card to start?expand_more
No. The Free plan gives you 10 invoices a month with no card on file. You only enter payment details if you upgrade to Pro.
What file formats are supported?expand_more
PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF. Each file can be up to 20 MB. We validate the file content (not just the extension) for security.
What languages does the AI handle?expand_more
English, French, and Arabic invoices are first-class. Other languages often work too — Claude is multilingual — but those three are explicitly tested and the UI is fully translated and RTL-aware.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?expand_more
On Free, you'll see a prompt to upgrade. On Pro, you'll be notified before you hit the cap. We'll never silently charge you for overages.
Can I cancel any time?expand_more
Yes. Cancel from your account settings — your Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period, then your account drops back to Free.
Is my data secure?expand_more
Per-user row-level isolation in the database, encrypted in transit and at rest, full Content Security Policy, magic-byte file validation. Your invoices are visible only to you.
Will you train AI models on my invoices?expand_more
No. Your invoices are processed and stored only for your account. We don't share data with third parties for training.
